This nice used original part will have no broken tabs as seen on our grade 'B' version. This grade 'A' part will include two metal clip-on spacers as shown. 1970 is the only year 69-73 that Mustang and Cougar column covers interchange. You will need to paint this part to match your interior.

This used original part will have a broken tab so you will have to use a over-sized washer or some other clever means of properly attaching it to the underside of your dash. NOTE!!!! This offshore switch is assembled with plated steel rivet contacts as opposed to brass rivet contacts like original. Whereas the Torino or Mustang do fine with 2 incandescent rear bulbs the Cougars with 6 bulbs put too much load on the switch and they fail. The only way these switches will hold up in a Cougar is if you convert to LED. Our turn signal switches are made on the FoMoCo original tooling. If you have replaced your sequential unit in the trunk with one of our new solid state sequential units and are still having problems then the turn signal switch is most likely the culprit as the only other part to the system is the wiring harness itself. AMK seat belt washer B-13023. 0.46" ID x 1.25" OD zinc flat washer. Sized so that it rides on the shoulder of the seat belt bolts. It allows the retractor to rotate freely between this washer and the head of the seat belt bolt on 1969-73 cars. Two required per car, used only on the re-tractors.

This is the rubber spacer / washer that goes between the bolt head and the metal washer of your seat belt hardware. The purpose of the rubber washer is to dampen any vibrations caused by the movement of the seat belt.Sold individually# 354959-S

We are unclear as to all the "exact" applications on all years and models but one application we have verified is the fronts of 1971 - 73 Cougars equipped with standard interior. This is actually not correct for a 1968 but it is all that is available in reproduction. The 1968 front is actually the same 4 1/4" length as the rear.
