Used metal dash support brace for all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Fastens to the lower flange of the metal dash panel and attaches to the inner cowl, 8-1/2 inches long. Replaces Ford part #C8AZ-6223362-A. Sold in pairs, four required per car, used on most Ford products. We often get calls like "How do I remove my front window cranks?" Unlike the rear cranks that are held on by an Allen set screw, the fronts have a Phillips screw under this decal. If you are careful, often you can reuse your original and glue it back in place.

Used diffuser for the shift indicator lamp. This diffuser is used on the Cougar or Mustang WITH a console and attaches to the end of the light socket on your shift indicator wire harness. Both shift indicator lamps with or without a console used the same wire harness and socket, but used different diffusers. The difference in the harness from the 67 to the 68 was different colored wires and different plugs. Replacement bulbs can be found on our site as well. ...

This restored trim piece mounts to the back of the vent frame of any 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Driver side only, made of galvanized steel. Fits both left or right, sold individually. These have a higher degree of luster than the originals but are made of same material and weigh exactly the same as our NOS examples. This white plastic spacer fits into the back of the right hand inner knob on cars without factory fader or balance. This is actually the correct 2 inch screw for the 1968, as opposed to the 1 3/4 inch screw that would have come in the 67. With the added length this screw is less likely to pull out of the firewall than the 67 screw was. Fits Standard and XR7. Sold individually.
