Sold individually, two required per car. Replaces Ford Part #: 375838

Used glove compartment lock latch without a key. Fits many Ford cars 1969-73 including Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Mustangs normally did not have lockable glove boxes, but this will still work. These are stamped with a key code, and a key could be cut if you wanted a working lock. See related items for matching trunk and glove box locks with key. Part of the Ford part number 22050 keyed lock sets. No hardware or fasteners included.

Pair of used wire anchors for keeping the rear most headliner bow stationary. These are fragile wires, and prone to rusting. We try to keep them in inventory. 1971-73 anchor wires are 4-9/16 inches long. A DIY person can improvise these pretty easy, using lengths of regular wire. Ford part # C6AB-6352180-A.

Contrary to what you might think at first glance, the support rods used in 1971-73 Mercury Cougar headliners are not the same from front to back. Each of the rods is bowed to a different curve. To replace a headliner and make it look right, you must install the rods in the same order as they came out from the original locations. This rim blow horn switch is made in the United States by Daniel Carpenter Mustang and is made from vinyl like original. When installing, make sure to massage the rim blow switch in place with counter clockwise, compacting strokes. Clockwise strokes (thumb motions) will stretch the switch and when you complete the installation you will find the part has become too long to fit in place...
