If you receive an error # 13 (unknown merchant) when you try to use your credit/debit card, please choose "Contact me for Payment" as your payment method and we can contact you after your order is saved, or use PayPal. Our service provider is looking into this issue.

UK Customers / EU Customers
We are using a new shipping service where international shipments now include the Duties/Tax/Fees, so currently we can not offer USPS/Mail Innovations if the order is over 135GBP/150EUR, since USPS can not pay duties/taxes. If the order is less than 135GBP/150EUR, we can pay the taxes directly to the EU/UK and we can ship USPS/Mail Innovations*. All orders over 135GBP/150EUR have to ship UPS/DHL so we can use DDP to cover the Duties/Tax/Fees. This has allowed us to resume shipments of any value to the UK and EU.
* - As of 11/1/2023 there is an issue that is not allowing us to print shipping labels for items shipping via Mail Innovations to the EU. UPS is investigating the issue.
TIP: You will likely be able to ship your order for less cost if you ship any items over 135GBP/150EUR on one order via UPS, then break the rest of the order up into orders of less than 135GBP/150EUR.
By breaking your orders up into less than 135GBP/150EUR:
- you will avoid the import duties on those orders
- less expensive shipping methods are available
- you will avoid some UPS fees
Canadian Customers
We have worked with UPS to waive some of the brokerage fees. The rates shown now include all UPS fees. We have also added DHL, which offers lower cross boarder fees.
US Postal Service (USPS)
Our new international shipping system supports international shipments via USPS only if the order total (including shipping to most countries) is below the Duty/Tax De Minimis for your country (View De Minimis Chart).
Exceptions:
UK orders upto 135GBP
EU orders upto 150EUR
The US Postal Service (USPS) has suspended services to over a dozen countries (see complete list).
UPS Worldwide Services \ DHL Worldwide can still be delivered to these locations.
