Front retractor bolt, used in conjunction with two rubber spacer / washers and one washer. The two rubber washers go on either side of the re-tractor mounting hole and the metal washer is against the inner rocker.

Rear seat belt bolt, four per car used in conjunction with two red washer / spacers. 13/16" hex head, 1-1/4 inch bolt with a 3/16 inch shoulder. Can be either smooth headed or have a Heavy or Light "A". There is another version of this same bolt with a smooth head and no markings.

3/8-16 X 1 3/8" Grade 5 Uniform Bearing Stress (UBS) Flanged Bolt.  Replaces Ford Part #: 56341-S2

Reproduction valve cover bolts for all 390 / 427 / 428 Ford engines.

Measures 3/4" tall with a captured lock washer. These were removed from 1969 and 1970 428 Cobra Jet Fans. More research is needed before we can conclusively post the interchange and application details on these bolts. Would love to hear what you have found on your original Cougars equipped with a fan clutch.

These little clips are what were used to fasten the dash face pad to the dash bezels on a 1968 standard or decor level Cougar. They are very difficult to come by and we have yet to find a suitable substitute. Fits 1968 - 1973 Standard or XR7

If your fuel line follows the brake line down the transmission tunnel then you have an early model 1967 and this is the right clip set for you!

New replacement J-nut or they are sometimes called U-nuts. These clip into those square holes in the fender aprons for fastening the fenders on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. These clips are 5/8 inches from the hole center to folded edge. We also see the same clips with 27/32 inch spacing for fender mounting. Numerous other uses, we find this clip on the hidden headlight buckets on 1967-68 Cougar and XR7's.

This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969-1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall.

Set of 11 screws for fastening the taillight bezel to the taillight housing on the 69 - 70 Cougar. This set is enough to do one bezel.If you bought the reproduction 69 or 70 taillight bezels, remember that they don't come with screws.Earlier year taillight bezels used mounting studs, but the 69 - 70 bezels screwed in from the housing to the bezel. This is a common panhead screw that can be found at your local hardware store brand new.

Now you can replace this original part, which is commonly stripped out, with a nice reproduction.
