Used 3/8-16 x 41/64"  carriage bolt for the shock tower shock cap. Three bolts used on each cap, 6 total per car. Sold individually. *Note - Carriage bolt detail cleaned for the picture, actual part will need a clean up on a wire wheel.Replaces Ford part number 378535-S2.

New castle nut for all power steering control valve ball stud found on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. 3/4 inch hex nut, with 1/2-20 threads. Connects the Pitman arm to the ball stud on the P/S control valve. Don't forget the cotter pin. Verify your shop manual for correct year torque specifications. We found one source of 28-35 FT LBS. for the Pitman Arm nut to control valve. Ford numbers for attaching nut: 1967-68 351059-S, 1969-70 385002-S.

Reproduction castle nut for multiple applications, including the power steering control valve, strut rods, ram cylinder and ball joints on the 1967 - 1973 Cougar or Mustang.  Dimensions: 9/16" - 18.

Factory OEM style clamp for attaching the brake booster vacuum hose to the check valve. Also same clamp for securing the rubber boot to the power steering ram cylinder. Sold individually.

These original clips hold better than the reproductions we offer. If you look closely you will see the angle bend is more acute on the originals. For you 71-73 owners with warped panels you will want to use these original clips (at least along the bottom edge) for a tighter hold. Reproduction metal rear deck / trunk lid moulding / trim clip for the Mercury Cougar. This clip comes with a correct looking nut and works with the 1967-68 aluminum trim and the 1969-70 stainless steel trim. These units are technically for the 1969 and 1970 Cougar, but they will also work well with the 1968 rocker moulding / trim. These retainer clips work for both the windshield and rear window stainless steel mouldings. Used plastic clip for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Cougar owner Mike B. shares that this clip was also used on 1970 Cobra Jets with Drag Pak option. Used to hold the wiring harness behind the factory oil cooler on the radiator core support.

These clips are found on the power window swtiches of the 69 - 70 Cougar. Each power window switch has one of these clips and one of the J hook clips. 6 small clips required per master switch panel, one for each window switch and two per lock out switch. 

These same clips are also found on the four rocker switches located in the center of the 1969-1970 XR7 dash pad. Do not bend the "J" shaped tab any further than is necessary to release the plug from the back of the switch as these break easily. There are 16 of these used on a Cougar with power windows in 1969, add the 8 in the dash of the XR7 Cougars and some cars have a total of 24.Replaces Ford part number C9AZ-14530.

This clip mounts the actuator shaft to the eyelids. Two required for 1967 - 1968, one required for 1969 - 1970. Same clip holds the windshield wiper motor to the wiper transmission.

Reproduction black plastic clip that goes onto the lower center of the firewall of any 1969-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. We have found this to be one of three possible clips on the nail heads for the firewall for attaching wiring or speedometer cables. By far and away the most common clip is the one that looks like black plastic plumbers tape Ford part number 374320-S. This particular clip is the second most common. There is a third clip that is only found on 1969 cars.
