New set of bolts for fastening the transmission inspection cover on all 1967-70 Mercury Cougar, Ford Mustang, and Ford anything with 390, 428CJ, and 352 or any FE style Ford engine. Includes 3 and 4 speed transmissions.

Leaf spring front bolts for any 1967 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. For some reason the 1967 bolts are a bit longer than later years. AMK F-1065, About 6-1/2 inches long. 6 total pieces, 2 bolts, 2 heavy washers, 2 nuts.

Pictured is a complete set of 1967 Hex bolts, spacers and washers. We will make sure they are damage free, rust free, and a complete set removed from the same year of Cougar as yours. There were minor and major changes almost every year so you will want to select the right year. We also have hundreds of used belts and belt sets that we cannot possibly list all of, so give us a shout for details! 

Installation kit for the fastening the new reproduction deck lids to the trunk hinges on the 67 - 70 Mercury Cougar. The reproduction deck lids don't come with the J nuts installed and we've found this set to be a perfect fit.

Early production 1967 cars used a 1 piece fuel line from the gas tank to fuel pump. Eventually Ford installed 2 piece fuel lines during 1967. This is only for the two piece fuel line.*Note these are for the original and reproduction style fuel lines that were 5/16 thick, which was unique to 1967 production.

Used 3/8-16 x 41/64"  carriage bolt for the shock tower shock cap. Three bolts used on each cap, 6 total per car. Sold individually. *Note - Carriage bolt detail cleaned for the picture, actual part will need a clean up on a wire wheel.Replaces Ford part number 378535-S2.

New castle nut for all power steering control valve ball stud found on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. 3/4 inch hex nut, with 1/2-20 threads. Connects the Pitman arm to the ball stud on the P/S control valve. Don't forget the cotter pin. Verify your shop manual for correct year torque specifications. We found one source of 28-35 FT LBS. for the Pitman Arm nut to control valve. Ford numbers for attaching nut: 1967-68 351059-S, 1969-70 385002-S.

Reproduction castle nut for multiple applications, including the power steering control valve, strut rods, ram cylinder and ball joints on the 1967 - 1973 Cougar or Mustang.  Dimensions: 9/16" - 18.

Fits Standard and XR7

Factory OEM style clamp for attaching the brake booster vacuum hose to the check valve. Also same clamp for securing the rubber boot to the power steering ram cylinder. Sold individually.

Includes battery clamp and bolts required to mount battery on tray. Please note that vinyl coating will almost always crack along edges shortly after installation.

This unique little clip looks a lot like the more common door panel clip but on close inspection you will find it is different. Whereas there are slots for three of these per side, only two per side were installed at the factory.Replaces Ford part number 352775-S100.

This A/C tag clip fastens the aluminum tag to top of the A/C pump.

This clip is hidden about midway under your console and is used to keep the wire running to the back seat light in place. It attaches to the driver side of the console base. Correct for both XR7 and standard consoles.

These original clips hold better than the reproductions we offer. If you look closely you will see the angle bend is more acute on the originals. For you 71-73 owners with warped panels you will want to use these original clips (at least along the bottom edge) for a tighter hold. Used Front Marker Light Plastic Clip for the 1967 and 1968 Mercury Cougar

Exact copy of the hard to find original. This two piece clip is used to mount gas and/or brake line to floor pans.

This clip attaches by the driver's side front of the fuel tank opening, and holds the fuel line in place near the sending unit. Used on late 1967 to 1968 cars with the 3/8" fuel line. Early 1967 cars had smaller 5/16" fuel line and different routing (through the transmission tunnel) and did not use this part. The reproduction clip for this application has a different appearance, so we wanted to make these used originals available.

Four required per car. *Tip from Andrew Petyak* Found a good product to clean used vacuum lines. Its called Wide White-from Coker tire (or Wesley's White Wall Bleach). Used to clean whitewall tires. Its safe for rubber with no harsh chemicals in it. Cleans up rad hoses without giving them that shiny look. Put small amount in thick cotton towel and gently pull hose through it.

Good used clip used to route the wiring harness along the driver side of the engine compartment.

Reproduction Lower Radiator Core Support Loom Clip for the 1967 - 1968 Mercury Cougar / 1967 - 1968 Ford Mustang 

This clip looks just like the larger quarter extension moulding / trim moulding clip, but is smaller (as our comparison picture shows). One clip per side is used to attach the tail end (smaller end) of the moulding / trim to the extension. This unit is also almost exactly the same as the rear deck / trunk lid moulding / trim clip, but this quarter extension clip has a slightly shorter stud. Rarely will the clip you get look as good as the pictured here, usually the "finger" will be missing....

Reproduction large moulding / trim clip for the rear quarter extensions and front fender extensions on the Mercury Cougar. The molding / trim on the 1967-68 rear quarter extension and 1969 front fender extension both require 2 different sizes of clips to properly hold them in place. For the 1967 and 1968 rear quarter extensions, you will need one of these large clips and 1 smaller clip per side. Reproduction clip for the rear quarter extension moulding / trim on the Mercury Cougar. The rear quarter extension moulding / trim uses 2 different size clips. This is the smaller of the two. Reproduction metal rear deck / trunk lid moulding / trim clip for the Mercury Cougar. This clip comes with a correct looking nut and works with the 1967-68 aluminum trim and the 1969-70 stainless steel trim. This unit measures about 1-7/8" long with a stud height of about 3/4". 7 clips needed per trunk lid. Note that this clip features a stud that is a little longer than what was factory. Used clip to attach the rear deck / trunk lid moulding / trim on the Mercury Cougar that comes with a reproduction cadmium plated acorn nut. This clip attaches the rear edge of the Xr7 overhead console to the support bracket. In 1968 the more common door panel clip was used for this application. The door panel clip can also be used for your 1967 model, we recommend the used clip over the new one.
