Nut for attaching the power steering pump bracket onto the pivot stud coming out of the cylinder head. All 1967-69 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang engines additionally used on 1970 428CJ engines.

The High tone is indicated in raised letters located on the perimeter of the horn. The 1971-73 almost uses the same horn and bracket as the 1967-68, but was mounted at a different angle, so if you have a 1971-73 you will need to loosen the screw that holds the horn to the bracket and rotate the horn to the correct position.  These horns are close but not actually correct for a Cougar. 1967-68 Cougars used part number C7WF-13802-B Lo / C7WF-13801-B Hi and 1971-73 used D0DF-13802-A Lo /...
