Applications all 1969 351 engines, both 351-2V and 351-4V, and 1970 351W-2V engines after 2/2/1970. That is correct, after Feb 1970 the H-code Windsor engined 351's used a 1969 style air cleaner snorkel.The C9OZ-9A626-B snorkel looks the same, but is a bit longer than the 1968 C8AZ-D snorkel.
