Restored rear license lamp assembly for all 1969-70 Mercury Cougars. Plated and restored lamp housing with original glass lens, new gasket, bulb, and wiring pigtail with integral rubber body plug.

This engine compartment lamp assembly includes lamp socket, bracket, mercury switch, and length of wire. A bit of investigation shows us that an inline fuse was used on the single wire and it has an amp rating of 7.5 amps.Replaces part # C9WY-15702-A

Regardless of what you may have been told, this fifth switch found closest to the dash is not a power door lock switch rather it is to "lock-out" the power window on the passenger door and the two windows in the rear so the passengers cannot operate their power windows via their individual switches. Treat this switch with care (try not to ever use it) and lubricate it. These are very delicate and hard to obtain. Ford number stamped on the side C9AB-14A695-B.
