This is the longer of the two versions found on the 1967 XR7 and also found on the Shelby and Mustang. The lens used with this reset button has a smaller hole than the 1968 version.

There were two versions of this button and this is the shorter of the two found on the 1968 XR7. Has good internal spring and pit free knob. Used in conjunction with the 1968 lens with a larger pass through hole.

This item will require a touch up with a little polish and some re-painting of the lettering in most cases to make them look perfect. The stems are cut from the back so a little dab of good thick glue will hold them in place.

Reproduction headlight knob, retainer & bezel, cigar lighter and ignition switch retainer.

These studs and nuts are used to repair the passenger side mounting studs. The studs need to be drilled out using a 1/4" drill bit. Once done, use a 2 part epoxy and install the stud. Make sure to avoid getting epoxy on the threads where the nut will be installed. Once dry, install the bezel into the dash and use a 3/8 # deep well socket to install the nut. CAUTION: Only tighten finger tight to avoid cracking or breaking the bezel.

Used dash face pad for the standard Mercury Cougar that is NOT equipped with air conditioning. This unit will be nice and will not have any cracks, but could use a reproduction emblem and a coat of good vinyl paint to make it look great. 1970 Mercury Cougar Upper Steering Column Dash Filler "Grade B" - Used Plastic filler piece that goes over the steering column and bridges the instrument cluster portion of the dash pad.
