D0OE-9425-D Cast iron intake manifold used on all 1971 C or J code 429CJ engines in a Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Stock 4 barrel intake manifold. Take off manifold with correct casting number of D0OE-9425-D. Intake shipped bare, less carburetor studs, heater tube, vacuum fittings, and water neck where applicable. This unique manifold used a General Motors Rochester Quadrajet carburetor with a spread-bore pattern. Typical after-market carburetors like Holley will not work on this intake manifold.
