A = Excellent / Above Average
B = Average / Some flaws / Good to Excellent Driver Quality
C = Obvious flaws / Poor to Average Driver Quality
D, E, F = Worse, Worser, Worsest
1971 429CJ-4V Rochester Quadrajet Carburetor, automatic C6 transmission. D0OF-E would be stamped on the carburetor tag. 715 cfm. There are no Ford numbers stamped on this General Motors carburetor. Identified by large straight-in inlet fuel filter port of 7/8"-20 threads. Rebuildable core carburetor. Current carburetor has a date of 2539, which is Sept 10, 1969. No original tag for this item. Technically dated for a 1970 Torino and Cyclone, but the same as for 1971 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang.
