We will not send you mangled junk that is heavily rusted but they will require some amount of straightening due to their vulnerable location. For use originally on 1967 289 engines with California emissions (All 1967 DSO 52 and 53 Mercury Cougars), and without factory air conditioning. With extra cooling (20 inch wide radiator). 3 sheave pulley (three fan belts), with pulleys having diameters of 4-7/16 inches and 5-7/8 inches. Ford casting number C6OE-8509-A, was probably an ink stamp. These pulleys were made using a double sheave C6AE-8509-A pulley with a second smaller pulley welded on.

C6AZ-8509-F With air conditioning. Power steering and or thermactor emissions possible. 2 sheaves or 2 fan belts with a diameter of about 5-5/16 inches. Ford casting number C6OE-8509-B.

C7AZ-8509-E 289/302 Water Pump Pulley-Used C7AZ-8509-E Thermactor emission systems. Application also includes 1969 Boss 302 Eliminator. All applications are without air conditioning. C8OZ-8509-A Applications include 1968 289 / 302 with automatic transmissions and 1969 351, all-without power steering, air conditioning and with standard alternator with a single sheave pulley. This pulley is 6-1/2 inches in diameter and is a single sheave pulley. Ford casting number C8AE-8A528-F.

Ford casting number C8AE-8509-C was originally imprinted in ink, if you look closely between the two bonded together pulleys that make this pulley up you may be able to read the C8AE-8509-A stamped casting number from the two sheave inner pulley.
