Used grade A lower center console pad for the 1967 Standard Automatic Transmission. We rarely have these in stock so the chances of getting the color you desire is slim. We have several Grade B's with cigarette burns, cracks and the like for substantially less money.

Used only in 1968 on non xr7 models and Mustang. Very hard to come by with no splits, burns or cracks. We rarely can supply the color you desire but please let us know your desired color and we will try. Grade A will not have UV ray damage and will look right at home in a low mile car. Satisfaction guaranteed.

This pad is in poor condition. You can actually modify a automatic pad to work with your manual transmission chrome bezel. *NOTE* If you have a clean example of this pad for sale we would like to hear from you!

This is for your three or four speed manual transmission 1970 Cougar. The 70 is unique over the 69 in that it does not have a provision for your seat belt buckles. Absolute perfection in every detail, if all reproductions were this nice there would be no market for used parts. This unit has no alignment holes for the woodgrain bezel for those that prefer the cleaner look.

The washer measures 1 13/16" x 5x8" and the total length of the screw is 1 3/8" but a much shorter screw would suffice. *NOTE* the raised lip of this washer faces up and only the three beveled holes on the shift indicator bezel use them.

You can expect a grade A pad to have no burns or cracks and still be pliable. Count on painting it as there is almost always fading after 50 years and we may not be able to supply the color you need. When you order mention the color you desire and we will try to to accommodate.

Our grade B pad will show some fading and the vinyl will not be as pliable as Grade A.

Used grade B radio pad for the center console of the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This unit will be discolored from years of exposure to the sun and will be considered a driver quality at best. This is very close to being an exact reproduction. Only two things differ, the upper lip on the bezel is different in that the originals had a smaller lip on the top and this reproduction is the same on all four sides. We suggest using white lithium grease or petroleum jelly to ensure the seal will not stick to the shift lever. Fits 1969-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, additionally it also fits 1971+ Maverick and Comet with floor shift automatic only.  If you have any side-to-side play in the shifter, this seal will not last.
