C = Obvious flaws / Poor to Average Driver Quality
D, E, F = Worse, Worser, Worsest
Used on both 351w 2V and 4V FMX transmissions in 1969. Approximately 17-1/2" long with a black color code paint daub on the end closest to the carburetor. This is not correct for any 1970 Cougar equipped with a 351 Cleveland or Windsor motor.
*NOTE* Although the MPC lists this part as 1969 only it does in fact apply to the 1970 Cougars equipped with the 351 Windsor two barrel motor. Not only did Ford confuse the public by giving both the 1970 351C 2V and 351W 2V the same engine code "H" in 1970 but it is apparent they confused themselves on occasion.
