    The manufacturer says this is only for the 4spd. I verified this with the Ford Master Parts Catalog (MPC). According to the MPC, the 1969 Cougar/Mustang/Comet/Fairlane 3spd lower boot was a one year only part, part # C9ZZ-7E138-A. Unfortunately, we do not know of anyone reproducing those at this point.
