    This an original, rebuilt power steering slave / ram cylinder. It has not had a cosmetic restoration so it will show external dings, scrapes and general wear associated with a 50 year old part located on the bottom of a car. If you buy our reproduction ram do not throw away your core used ram as we often can give in store credit for the part.

    Often we can at least offer a partial refund on your core, but we can not give core refunds on cores we can not use and we will not refund any shipping fees paid to ship the cores to us or pay to return the cores to you, if the cores cannot be used. For your sake and ours, please check with us before sending us a core if you are not certain it is rebuildable.

    If you choose to send your cores to us in advance of placing an order or choose "Hold my order for the Cores" when placing an order, and your cores are not rebuildable, you will be required to pay the core charge before we will ship your order.

    Rebuilt unit. Seems to be perfect. Haven't driven the car yet but I'm sure this will make a difference. Had a small dent in the outer housing but was assured it won't hurt anything. Totally satisfied!

    This cylinder came complete with hardware and rubber. All that may be necessary will be a new rubber expandable boot. See attached picture.
