    Pros:

    Cons:
I have an AVS2 Edlebrock carburetor and even though the part description clearly states that it’s meant for an original setup, I decided to wing it. It was so darn close that the average person wouldn’t notice the slightest tug at the valve cover. Very pleased.

    just too short !!!!!

I was able to get it installed, but it is very, very tight and the hose is very stretched ... spacer is original and the pcv is like original but it's a bit short anyway but maybe with the engine heating it will adapt better?

    WCCC Response:

We have tested and these do fit on Stock applications.  These are not meant to fit if the car has been modified.  These molded and contoured hoses were designed to work with original style PCV valve (modern 90° PCV valves won't work), original intake manifolds, original valve covers, and original carburetor spacer plates. Changing any of these to something other than an exact copy of the original will alter the position and distance in the relationship of the PCV valve and carburetor spacer plate.

    Question
    Asked:
will this hose work on a351W?
    August 17, 2023 1:02 PM
    Answer
    WCCC Admin Answered:

They are not the same. In fact, the pcv hose is not even the same year to year for the 351w, so you need to look for one for your specific year, make and model. If you have a 69 Cougar/Mustang, you can use this one: SKU # 41427

Why am I being warned about potential exposure to chemicals in motor vehicle parts?

    • Some chemicals in motor vehicle parts are on the Proposition 65 list because they can cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
    • When purchasing USED or NOS items, we do not know if listed chemicals are present in these products.
    • This product is known to contain the following listed chemicals:
I bought my 69 Cougar in Jul of '09 as a retirement from the Army gift to myself. From day 1 it had intermittent heating problems that I tried to fix. I changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and added 2 12 in 1400 cfm electric cooling...
