D0OB-13A167-A - NOT FOR COUGAR / GALAXIE. This actuator was removed from a Southern California car years ago and was immaculate inside and had no pitting on the shaft. Starting with a clean core is paramount, if it sounds like a tambourine when you start the process your results will not be very good. The inner shaft seal as well as the dust bellows was replaced using the West Coast Classic Cougar kit. It holds vacuum well on the bottom nipple, but the top (like most) will leak down in...

Repro bushings (pair) that mount to the grille for the headlamp operating shafts. These hardly ever survive after 40 years. Technically not needed, and most never knew they existed. Sold as a pair, one for each side. When mounted these are tight, it was no wonder they are seldom seen on cars. Even the NOS bushings are tight. We recommend polishing the headlight shaft with emery or sand paper, to make both sides smooth. Definitely add a little bit of lubricant too. Replaces Ford part number...

The kit will service two actuators even though many cars only come with one center mounted unit. If your actuator holds vacuum on the bottom port but does not hold vacuum (or pressure) on the top port then...

These never came on a Cougar; these are reproduction 1967 Shelby tail light lens bezels. As the close up will show there are slight machining marks so you may want to polish...
