This is a Mustang kit and it includes 4 screws, 2 metal nuts, 2 self-threading plastic nuts and 2 anti-rattle bumpers as pictured.For Cougar, you need this kit plus 2 more plastic nuts, found here.

Our best grille center, not perfect but very close. Often you will see minor pitting on the very bottom where the grille meets the bumper. 1973 Mercury Cougar grilles are 1 year only, they are shorter and not interchangeable with 1971-72 versions. We also sell B grade or driver quality grilles too. Ford casting number is D3WB-8A133.

This grille will be less than perfect with one or two cracks, bend showing and pitting. A Grade "B" will not be cracked around the perimeter and will not be missing any pieces. Good for a driver quality car. The 1973 grilles generally survive better than the prior year grilles, due to the extended 1973 front bumper and that is is physically smaller than the 1971-72 grille. 1973 grilles are not compatible with prior years. This rechromed grille has had any minor cracks / brakes repaired and has been replated. You will need to apply detail paint.Like all of our rechromed parts, if you have exceptionally clean cores and have high standards you will want to send your cores in advance. This 14 piece grille package is only sold on an exchange basis and your cores must be received before we can ship. Often times a minor crack or two in the center grille can be repaired at no extra cost. Cores cannot show excessive pitting. We do give in-store credit for extra parts sent, call before you send to see if they are eligible. If you are in question on whether your cores are acceptable for exchange, emailing us several pictures is a good idea.

Used random brand 4001 high beam headlight for the Mercury Cougar. High beam headlights are distinguished by the number 1 at 12 o'clock position and the 2 prong connection on the back. We guarantee these units to work. Basic Ford part # 13007-B.

Used headlight wiring harness for either side of the Mercury Cougar. This harness is the sub-harness that connects your headlights to the under hood harness. The Cougar uses one per side and they are identical. Sold individually.Ford part # D1WY-13076-A.

The High tone is indicated in raised letters located on the perimeter of the horn. 17A385 Front license plate mounting bracket, fastens to the center of a 1973 Mercury Cougar front bumper. Bottom steel bracket only.
