This unique pedal is for use with the non-collapsible 1967 steering column and clutch pedal. This unit has a longer arm than drum brake pedals. Reproduction power drum brake pedal pad for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This unit will work with disc brake Cougars and Mustangs, but is not correct. That is because the power drum pad has "power brake" inscribed on the pad where the disc brake version has "disc brakes." Reproduction 10 x 2-1/4 inch premium semi-metallic front drum brake shoes for Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with front 10 inch drum brakes.  Double check that shoe width measurement on your car, there were some cars sold with 2-1/2 inch wide shoes.

New front10 X 2-1/2 inch brake shoes for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. These will fit the rears of some Ford vehicles, but not a Cougar or Mustang without modification.Typically this size of brake shoes is only found on the front of a Cougar or Mustang. You would have to have 2-1/2 rear backing plates in order to use these shoes on the rear of your car.

Bushing that goes to the inside of the brake booster pushrod. This is the early version of this part that is made of plastic, a later version was introduced in 1969 which was made of nylon and is/was more durable.

This attaches to the end of the cable that attaches to the hand ratchet e-brake. It is spot welded to the floor pan and frame rail and is often over looked when floor pans are replaced. The unit you receive will need clean up, but will not be heavily rusted.

This used emergency / parking brake cable connector is for the Mercury Cougar only. That is because it is longer than the Mustang version due to the Cougar's longer wheelbase. This connector connects the two ball ends of the long and short emergency brake cables. Ford part # C7WY-2A790-A.

Midland boosters with power drum or power disc brakes and includes the grommet. The check valve diameter is 0.830" for a 13/16" hole and the hole in the Midland boosters is right at 1.040" in diameter.

Clevis and hairpin assembly for parking brake on any 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or 1965-68 Ford Mustang. Replacement pin for the cable wheel on the emergency hand brake.
