This fusible link is a section of wire connecting the starter solenoid on one end and wiring harness that passes through the firewall to mate with the top switch wiring. Correct for power sunroof equipped Cougars. May also work for XR7 and Standard convertibles.

Door lock and trunk lock gasket as found on all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar. Gasket used to seal the lock cylinders to the exterior door on all 1967 - 1973 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang as well as the trunk lock gasket on all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar. It is not used for the trunk lock cylinder on the 1967 - 1968 Mercury Cougar because they uses a flip up trunk lock cover that instead uses a gasket between the covers housing and the trunk. Replaces Ford part #C7AZ-6243625.

Reproduction pair of grille assemblies found in all 1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang quarter panels inside the door jamb. Replaces Ford part numbers D0ZB-65280B62-A and  D0ZB-65280B63-A

This is the 1.37" X 1.66 X .31 plastic grommet that goes inside the trunk to protect the trunk wires from rubbing the edges of the sheet metal body. This grommet was also used for the hood light wiring under the hood.

Used grommet for protecting the trunk light wiring as found on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. Ford part number C4AB-14603-A.

Used chrome end for the grab handle found on Mercury Cougar XR7 and several other Lincolns like the Continental MK III. Seldom will these be perfect, most have some pitting on the top sides. Fortunately they can be switched end for end and the pitting side can be installed downward. These units are sold individually.Mercury part # C9MB-5422668-A or D0MB-5422668-A.

Unlike the parts pictured, we only have pitted covers left. At present we have no grade "A" examples. C8MB-5422678-A. Pair of used wire anchors for keeping the rear most headliner bow stationary. These are fragile wires, and prone to rusting. We try to keep them in inventory. 1969-70 anchor wires are 3-1/16 inches long. A DIY person can improvise these pretty easy, using lengths of regular wire.

Contrary to what you might think at first glance, the support rods used in 1969 - 1970 Cougar headliners are not the same front to back. Each of the rods is bowed to a different curve. To replace a headliner and make it look right, you must keep the rods in the same order as they came out of the original headliner. 5 Rods total. Used hood latch for a 1969 Mercury Cougar, it will fit the 1970 too. Starting in 1969 until 1970, Mercury had three different hood latches. This late 1969 version has the medium length handle.
