Our grade "A" fenders are truly what you would expect from an "A" rated part! We never get returns on our grade "A" fenders which is very important considering the shipping costs involved. Grade "A" fenders have no rust or excessive filler and nothing more than dings or light scrapes for damage. When you turn it over you will not see anything more than light surface rust and no distorted wheel lip areas from over sized tires rubbing. Our grade "B" fenders are often what many would consider Grade "A". "B" Grade fenders may have damage around the wheel lip from over sized tires or very minor rust at the bottom corner or a fixable dent but they will not have all of these. This latest of a series of 67 reproduction sheet metal parts is just what the market has been waiting for! The dimensions are EXACT down to the 1/16", black primer finish is very similar to what the later service replacement parts were from Ford. The fender weighs a few pounds more than original due to being made from slightly thicker material than OEM. New Old Stock passenger side fender extension for the 67 - 68 Cougar.  Ford casting number as seen from the back side reads C7WB-16019-A.

This assembly is spot welded to the fender skin. Sometimes this area will be damaged in a collision but the skin will still be fine. Due to the rarity of good fenders and the costly shipping you may want to consider repairing your fender as opposed to buying another if this is all you need.

These reproduction fender splash shield bracket screws and J nuts fit both the Standard and XR7.

These dense, cardboard fillers are placed over the trunk drop offs. They are sturdy reproductions that fit well and every old Cougar seems to need them as moisture and general wear and tear take their toll over the decades. Sold as a pair only. This is a much cheaper version of the foil sound deadeners and underlays we sell. This particular insulation is basically bubble wrap with two layers of foil on both sides. Good for insulating headliners, floor pans, trunk areas, door panels, kick panels and just about anything else you might want to use it for. Looped weld in retainer for the rear seat installation on any 1967-70 Mercury Cougar. This is the front bracket that holds in the rear seat and was used on both coupes and convertibles. We cut out a section of the floor under the rear seat as shown. Make good measurements prior to removal of your old brackets. We think that the Ford number is C5AZ-6263370-B, but we have not been able to verify this for certain. For sure that basic Ford part number is 63370. ...

Door lock and trunk lock gasket as found on all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar. Gasket used to seal the lock cylinders to the exterior door on all 1967 - 1973 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang as well as the trunk lock gasket on all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar. It is not used for the trunk lock cylinder on the 1967 - 1968 Mercury Cougar because they uses a flip up trunk lock cover that instead uses a gasket between the covers housing and the trunk. Replaces Ford part #C7AZ-6243625.

This gasket is found behind the trunk lock housing, which the lock itself sits in behind the trunk lock cover plate, and forms a seal between the trunk lock housing and the trunk itself. Made of soft rubber much like the original. This is the 1.37" X 1.66 X .31 plastic grommet that goes inside the trunk to protect the trunk wires from rubbing the edges of the sheet metal body. This grommet was also used for the hood light wiring under the hood.
