Transmission Lines for the 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973 Mercury Cougar Automatic Transmission.We do not recommend the stainless steel transmission cooling lines because of the tendency for them to leak at the fittings. Because stainless steel is a harder material they do not seat as well. To get them to seat properly you often have to over tighten the fittings which makes them prone to stripping the threads.
