    Description

Connects PCV valve to PCV transfer tube on the 390, 427-4V, and 428CJ. Inside diameter on one end is .45" the other end is .58". These should be tough to get on so that they will form a vacuum seal. Originally held on with wire clamps, we have those available here

    Replaces Ford Part #: C8AZ-6A664-D.

Fits Many 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, and 1970 Mercury Monterey, Marquis, Ford Galaxie, with FE 390 Big Block Engines.

We aren't sure why this hose was reproduced as shown. However it will work with the stock PCV valve and elbow if you cut off the non-flared end.

This hose uncut will fit like a glove on 1966-67 Thunderbird, and full sized Ford and Mercury with the 390 engine. The original hose would have had a part number of C6AZ-6A664-B. One of our T-Bird customers is positive that it fits. Irv has a concours 1967 Thunderbird with 390. He is very happy with the cut fit of this hose on his 67 Thunderbird.

    • Fit
I purchased this PCV hose for my 428cj GTE. After cutting off the extra leg, the remaining hose does not fit. The long leg was about 1 1/2 inches too short. WCCC refunded my money which was great. I rated everything poor as I don't want it to average out where someone might think this part is OK.

I bought my 69 Cougar in Jul of '09 as a retirement from the Army gift to myself. From day 1 it had intermittent heating problems that I tried to fix. I changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and added 2 12 in 1400 cfm electric cooling...
