    Cone shaped cover called a transition cover for the 1967 tilt / tilt-away steering column in any Mercury Cougar, Ford Mustang, or Ford Thunderbird with factory tilt option. The lower part of the upper assembly where it meets the steering column tube. Has 3 clips as shown.
