Air conditioning belt tension pulley for 1967 Cougars and Mustangs with the 390 engine. Also fits 1967 ford Thunderbird and other Ford and Mercury with 390, 410, or 428 engines. These are all sold with new bearings. If your pulley only needs a bearing, we have those too. Used with C7ZZ-2888-A, which is the steel lateral support brace for 1967 Cougars and Mustangs with the S code 390 engine. Four versions of this pulley were made by Ford, the difference is the pulley itself, and or the shaft mounting bracket. Some pulleys, like the one in the picture, show a two piece steel pulley. There is also a uncommon one piece pulley, that has a solid steel outer pulley. There are some versions with a C4AA and C7AA casting number on the shaft bracket. C4AA-8A619 seems to be the most common version. See item 11-9900, which is identical in every way, except the casting number.
We can also rebuild your pulley, see item 11-9914.
Ford part # C4AA-8A619-B, but this casting number is for the 1964-66 part with a taller boss for the bearing shaft.
*Note - this short boss idler pulley will not work on 1964-66 390 engine bracketry, your V-belt will not track with this 1967 built idler pulley assembly.
