    Reproduction roof brace and headliner bow set. If you're replacing your roof, you will need these braces and bows if you're not using your originals. Keep in mind that you will need to save and re-use the headliner bow anchors attached to the rear bow, they are very hard to come by.

    Contrary to what you might think at first glance, the support rods used in 1969 - 1970 Cougar headliners are not the same front to back. Each of the rods is bowed to a different curve. To replace a headliner and make it look right, you must keep the rods in the same order as they came out of the original headliner. 5 Rods total.

    Once installed in the car, each rod should be about the same distance from the roof as the other rods.
