New 1-1/4 inch expansion plug. Expansion plugs were used as dust covers on the wide bearing style air conditioning pulleys commonly used on Ford cars 1965-68. These are not a real tight fit in those pulleys. Best to still install to keep dust out, we recommend using a bit of JB Weld to hold them.

All new parts for rebuilding the right and left shutoff butterfly in the air conditioning register vents. Fits all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with factory A/C. Reproduction factory air conditioning vent register knob. This knob controls the black vent door or valve inside the round registers. These will fit the original axle shafts, but will need to be attached with some super glue or other adhesive. These new knobs fit our reproduction axle shafts that have new splines on them perfectly. Please note the position or orientation of the knob in relation to the position of the internal black plastic butterfly.

Grade A used A/C center vent for standard (non XR7) model Cougars. These will have almost perfect chrome plating, minor blemishes only, no major pitting. Clips that attach to the dash for mounting the defrost nozzles. Package of 4 clips and 4 nuts, enough for non air conditioned cars, same clips used for air conditioned cars. Cars with A/C only need 3 clips installed though. Nuts are different than OEM, but work fine, we suggest adding a flat washer though.

Used air conditioning distribution chamber. Comes as shown, plastic housing, internal flapper door with rod, with attached bracket for attaching vacuum actuator. Actuator, lever, switch, and hardware sold separately. Unbroken condition, it will definitely need new foam on the door.
