    Top bracket that attaches dash pad to driver side instrument cluster for all 1967-68 Mercury Cougars. Standard and XR7 models. Normally bare or zinc coated steel. This is a needed plate, it reinforces the top of the plastic of the instrument cluster and provides some strength when attaching the dash pad.
