Product Condition Grades
Below is a general description of what the criteria is for our product condition grades. These are generalizations that are intended to give you an idea of the condition of the product at a quick glance. Because different parts degrade at different rates, there are variances in what the letters represent, please see the products description for details about the condition of any particular product.
A = Excellent / Above Average
B = Average / Some flaws / Good to Excellent Driver Quality
C = Obvious flaws / Poor to Average Driver Quality
D, E, F = Worse, Worser, Worsest
Grade B used deluxe shifter handle in black. Fair used condition, cracks in the plastic. No release button or set screw included. Fits 1967 Mercury Cougar XR7 and 1967 Ford Mustang with IDG or Interior Decor Group and all Shelby Mustangs with automatic. This one year only, T handle, has concave or recessed buttons.
Ford part number C7ZZ-7213-A. We know that Scott Drake is using this number for 4 speed manual knobs, which was a made up Ford part number on their part. We have the Ford box with the part number. Ford named it a 'Transmission Knob'. Inquire about other colors, we have black in stock.
The 1968 and newer version was actually a little different.
