Description

NOS Grade A XR7 turbine style hubcap / wheel cover for the Mercury Cougar XR7. This unit was factory installed on the XR7 and was a one year only hubcap / wheel cover that has 22 black ribs. The Mercury MPC states that these caps were not to be sold in Pennsylvania.
Ford part # C8WY-1130-D.
