    Original Review:

THIS SEAT FOAM WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT IF I GOT WHAT WAS PICTURED.
WHAT I RECEIVED WAS THE $95.00 VERSION.
TOOK TIME OFF TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT, HAD TO USE FOAM AND MODIFIED TO MAKE IT WORK LOOK GOOD, BUT LOST MONEY ON PRODUCT.

My 67 had it's original interior and the foam had degraded to the point the upholstery had been stretched, eventually ripping in the middle, along with the usual hardness causing some cracking on the corners of the tops of the seats. When i removed the seats it looked like a couple boxes of Macaroni & cheese mix had been poured under each seat, hehe, yes, that foam was toast. The feel of the seats with the replacement foam & upholstery is amazing actually feeling some real support. You will sit higher in the car, that's the thing that will take a bit of getting used to, but I'm sure the foam will also settle over time.

    Question
    Nick Colchin Asked:
I’m converting a 67 mustang driver seat to my 67 cougar . On the seat back the seat extends back an extra 1 inch or so past the seat back panel.I seen you had the extra foam piece listed on the web site, now I can’t find it . That my question? If I buy the new seat foam is that extra piece built into the new foam or do still need to fine that extra piece. I can send pictures if need to just tell where to send them

    Hi Nick,

I showed your question to the sales guys and all of them said they were not aware that we ever offered a separate piece of foam. You can definitely send us some pics if you would like, and the sales guys can take a look.

Just go to our website contact form, it allows you to upload up to 3 pictures per message: https://secure.cougarpartscatalog.com/Contact_Us.html

I had several staff members read your question and we are not certain what you are asking. You do not need to add any foam, if that is what you are asking.
