    Description

Finally, a quality reproduction replacement quarter panel skin for the 67 - 68 Cougar! The days of searching for good used $1000 quarters are over. This new quarter panel skin is a direct fit. Die Stamped with Excellent Quality 19 Gauge Steel like the factory used.

This skin does not include the rear quarter extension panel, you can find it here.

    Replaces Ford part number C7WY-6527841-A

Keep in mind that this item is over-sized and will cost about $275 to drop ship a single panel via truck freight (about $350 for a pair in the lower 48 states) direct from the supplier. Often times you will only need a partial panel. There is no discount from us to ship a partial panel but if you give us clear instructions we will cut the panel down for you with a plasma cutter at not extra charge. The benefit in doing this is the panel can now be shipped via UPS for substantially less than $200 per panel. If you are buying multiple large items, new and used from us, we will have to manually calculate shipping and crating. For details feel free to call us at 503-463-1130.

International customers: you will need to ship these skins to a shipping broker with a US address via truck freight and have the shipping broker transport these to your location. These skins come in thin cardboard packaging only and must be crated. Crate fees apply.

    Pros:
    • they fit very well
    Cons:
    • flare is not correct
The panels are in some ways a godsend. Cougar owners have waited years for these panels. I had them hung by my body guy. Before they were installed we looked them over nad found the flare did no match thed fenders. To fix this I paid a master metal guy. He was able to make a mold and hand form them to match. Although the ffit was perfect this one area was no correct. I spent about $400 getting this fixed. Once it was done they went on effortlessly.
