Roller - Quarter and Door Window - Repro item# 30516 were in stock and I order 2-day air on the on October 24th and the payment is received and the order is still being processed you would think that shipping 2-day air you would make my order priority. Your processing of orders lack and there is no tracking number to check status of package unless the package is still on the shelf and hasn't been shipped yet.

As far as rating the product I haven't got it yet I am just rating your processing of my order and so far it is not good.

    WCCC Response:

Our checkout says items ordered after 12pm PST on Thursdays do not ship until Monday.  This item was ordered at 3:30pm Thursday.  The item page also states that it ships the next business day (Monday - Thursday).  Even if we had dropped everything the moment this order was placed, ignoring the other 100 orders ahead of it, and tried to ship this Thursday we could not have as this was placed too close to our UPS daily pickup which is around 4pm. That being said, our manager made a special effort to get this order shipped on Friday.

    Pros:

    Cons:

I used these for the door windows. The rollers on my driver side door window was shot. I installed them two different ways, one way was doing a cross section with a hammer and chisel without the washer, I did the other with washer and a tool that was beveled and as I hammered the beveled tool into the back side of the roller pin, it spread out and then i just hammered it flat. I think i like the second way with the washer better. It would be nice to sell the rollers separate for the doors from the rear windows. I have left over parts that don't go on the front door windows. A bit pricey. See pictures for example. Both are very secure.

    Pros:

    Cons:
    • wished it was a little cheaper.
We restore 4 mustangs a year in our shop. I haven't found a replacement window roller kit, that fits like factory. We needed the window channel rollers for drivers side. I called WCCC and talked with someone and before I could finish what I was explaining. he said you need this kit. We ordered two one as a backup, they fit perfect and worked great.

    Pros:
    • Good fit. Hard to find.
    Cons:
    • Crap rivet.
As the other reviewer mentioned these are a great fit and look just like the originals. The issue is that the rivet is crap and breaks when installed as suggested in the video. I had to rig up a replacement with a flat head screw and nylon spaced. Worked fine but ended up being a couple trips to the hardware store and a PITA.

    • Wrong river size
Rollers were correct,But rivets were wrong size for door glass to small. Had to drill and tap my originals.
