Reproduction pivot pin for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang / Thunderbird equipped with a tilt / tilt away column. This is a pressed pin with a flange and 2 - 4 are required per car. Pin is custom made on short runs and is very difficult to find. .001 undersized, and with 8/32 threads instead of 6/32 like the originals. Newer pin removal tools will fit. Reproduction multi-year power steering pump, 1967-69, and 1971-73, excludes 1970. When fully assembled you will notice that this year P/S pump has a centered fitting for the pressure hose on the back of the reservoir. Application 1967 289 engines with air conditioning early cars built prior to 9-11-66. Casting number AA. 5-1/4" diameter and 3/8" sheave width.

Application 1967 - 1968 - 1969 Cougar with either 289 / 302 / 351w engines with air conditioning. After 9-11-66. Casting number 7AD. 5" diameter and a 3/8" sheave width.

Application 289/390 engines without air conditioning. Casting number AC 4-7/8" diameter and a 7/16" sheave width.

Application could be for any 1967-69 Ford 289 / 302 /351W, but with only a single alternator belt. This is a copy of the Ford 7AA power steering pulley. This pulley mounted correctly on an OEM pump with factory brackets, will run on the second V-belt from the inside. The inner most fan belt runs the alternator. You would be using a single belt on the alternator. Correct application is for 1969 with 351W engines. 5-1/4" diameter and 3/8" sheave width.

Application 390 engines without air conditioning but with a dual belt alternator. Casting number AG 4-5/8" diameter and a 7/16" sheave width. This is an increasingly difficult pulley to find these days. A good option is the 6AA pulley. The size difference is less than 1/8" and you cannot visually tell the difference.

Application, 1967 - 1968 - 1969 - 1970 390 / 428CJ engines with air conditioning. Casting number AF. 5-3/4" diameter and 5/16" sheave width.

We've found that when using our reproduction drop down bracket (for those with headers), the bushings in this kit will rip and tear through the oversized hole, so you can also purchase the pair of the premium polyurethane bushings and the issue will go away. This is a replacement relay for the discontinued original FoMoCo relays.  It does not appear in the same form factor, but will work just fine.
